— LOTTERY RESULTS EXPLAINED —

The lottery drawing results show participants “Placement” per lottery registration number. If you are unable to locate your lottery registration number, please call or email us and we will be happy to provide it to you. As a reminder, and as discussed during our second information session on May 25, 2021, the lottery assigns each application a unique registration number and randomly determines the lottery “placement” number, which ultimately determines selection order.

There will be 11 of 17 apartments offered to approved applicants selected from the local preference lottery results. Applicants will be selected based on having the lowest placement number per category (bedroom size, preference designation/priority).

Preference qualification was based on households that reside or work in Cambridge as of the date of initial application and as documented with the initial application according to the priority list shown below.

— Local Preference and Priority Ranking —

Note: Priority #1, 2, 4 & 5 apply to 2- or 3-bedroom units

Priority 1: Households that currently reside in Cambridge with at least one child under 6 years of age.

Priority 2: Households that currently reside in Cambridge with at least one child under 18 years of age.

Priority 3: Households that currently reside in Cambridge with no children under 18 years of age.

Priority 4: Households that currently work in Cambridge with at least one child under 6 years of age.

Priority 5: Households that currently work in Cambridge with at least one child under 18 years of age.

Priority 6: Households that currently work in Cambridge with no children under 18 years of age.

There will be 6 of 17 apartments offered to approved applicants selected from the General Pool (non-preference) lottery results. Applicants will be selected based on having the lowest placement number per bedroom size category per available apartment.

All applicants whose lottery number would bring them to the top of the list for an apartment will be contacted by Management to interview and complete the next steps for eligibility. Please be prepared to present documents that verify household income and assets and to respond promptly upon request.
